Postnatal recovery for you and your body. Individualized, because every woman is different and unique. A program specially designed for you.

Treatment

A classic during pregnancy is massage – a little break for you and your body, which is currently working so hard. The natural changes in your body can cause tension, which can be relieved with a shoulder and neck massage. Through targeted posture corrections and guidance on how to manage your new center of gravity, we can actively improve your posture. It's also important to stay active during pregnancy, and I can help you stay fit with yoga sequences or specific exercises. Every pregnancy is different, and I will address your individual needs and see what your body requires.

  • Pregnancy massage

  • Yoga during pregnancy

  • Stay fit through individual exercises

  • Relaxation exercises to connect with your child

Treatment

This intensive period is primarily dedicated to the arrival and bonding of mother and child, because it's not just a child being born, but also a mother, and this process deserves its space. There will be plenty of time for cuddling the new family, and everyone can recover from the birth. Therefore, the focus here is not on challenging strengthening exercises, but rather on awareness exercises for your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. I can also give you practical tips for your new daily routine with your baby, such as breastfeeding positions, lifting and carrying techniques, and how to make movements gentle and/or pain-free. The treatment plan will be individually tailored to your specific situation, whether you had a vaginal or abdominal birth, and I will address your wishes and needs.

  • Perception and breathing exercises for the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles

  • Mastering movement transitions gently and painlessly

  • Perform everyday movements in a way that protects the pelvic floor

  • Relieve tension through massages and manual treatments

  • Tips and tricks from a physiotherapy perspective during the postpartum period

Note: I do not want to replace the work of your midwife, but rather be an additional supporter in cooperation with your midwife during the postpartum period.

Treatment

The goal of postpartum recovery is to restore a stable core. The abdominal and pelvic floor muscles should be strengthened and thus regain their functionality. These muscle groups, in particular, are stretched and heavily strained during pregnancy and childbirth. It is therefore important to know and perform the correct exercise, executed correctly, at the right time.

Getting slim again quickly is not sustainable for your body; instead, the muscles should be reminded of their actual functions.

In any case, preventing complications such as organ prolapse or later incontinence is a top priority. Even in cases of incontinence, a diagnosis-based pelvic floor and whole-body training program is beneficial. I can provide you with specific advice and we can discuss the available treatment options. Ultimately, the goal is to create a program that you will actually implement and that fits you and your daily life.

  • Individual exercises based on findings and precisely tailored to you

  • for a stable core and a healthy body

  • Restore the corset function of the abdominal capsule

  • Understanding, treating, and preventing pain

  • Treating and preventing incontinence
